“We’re pleased to see the announcement of a new Memorandum of Cooperation on 5G Supplier Diversification and Open RAN, under which the Quad governments can further cooperate on technical exchanges and testbed activity to advance interoperability and telecommunications cybersecurity. This year, the Open RAN Policy Coalition was honored to host a discussion on test labs, a Quad Open RAN Showcase and the Second Quad Open RAN Forum as part of the Quad Track 1.5 Dialogue on Open RAN. We look forward to building upon these discussions by bringing government and industry leaders together to discuss progress on deployments and innovation, opportunities for collaboration and the advancement of open and interoperable technologies.
